Holocost

This was a terrible time for many people. Thousands of people were killed during this and it was for no reason. There should have never been segregation between the people. This shows us that in the future to always accept what people are and what they belive in. And dont treat them like they are garbage. This was a terrible time in oiur history, and i hope nothing ever liek this will come back.

Gossip

I think thsi story is very meenignfull. The girl spread a rumor about the boy and it would spread. SO she went to the priestand he explained how the feathers fomr the pillow will go everywhere by the wind. The wind represents people and the featehrs represent the gossip. I descibe gossip by saying fomrthing mean or harmful behind somones back to them. I think the person being gossipped on should ignore it and move on becase it will always happen no matter where you are.

My project

In my project i dont think it deserves higher than a c. It was a very hard thing for me to work on. It was very confusing and tough for me to do. I am sure if i payed more attention and listened moe i could get past it perfect without much trouble. I am still working on it trying to get it finished. I hope in the future i can get thses done on time and get through them like everyone else.

Jeff Smiths Project

I think Jeff Smiths project was very good. He ddi good one the way e explained the origin of the music and the backround of it. Also he could have worked on a few things liek the setup or more animations. Overall it was very good and it was enjoyable to watch. It kept many of us intertained and wanting more. I will be looking forward to work on mine. :) 

Projects

I been having trouble in the past few projects. I am not good at all since we started the Imovie things and slideshows. If i understood it Im sure i could keep up with everyone because i know its not hard but confusing at the start. Im sure if i ask and pay more attention i can complete these projects. I will keep trying to figure these out so i can complete these projects the best way i can.

Easter BREAK

This Easter was very fun and important to me. I spent the break in New York City with my mom. New York was one of the biggest and fullest places i have ever seen in my life. There were millions of people in small spaces. I think it was a great thing for me to go. Now i can say i been to New York and seen all there is . Also some of the most famous monuments are in the city as well. I know this would be one of my last trips because of my age and my busy schedule with my sports and school. So i am glad i went with my mom and we both enjoyed it very much.

This Picture

This image means a lot to me. To me it shows the strength that jesus is with us at all times. In the picture there is streams of light shining down on the churches. This shows that the churches always gave god with them also. And that god is always welcoming us. This inspires me to be more holy towards god, and to show my respect more towards the church and other people. I hope this picture inspires me to be a better more holy person like i should be.

Lent

Lent has been good so far for me. It always has been very hard for me to keep my promise in what i should give up. This year i gave up junk food overall and mostly french fries. Almost every lunch I had french fries, and i knew it was terrible for me. So i choose to give them up to make me healthier person. I think it has moved me closer to God. Now i understand the hard times he went through in the dessert for us. He must have been a very strong person because it is very hard for me to far. I hope i can keep forgetting about french fries in the lunch room and stick to being more healthy. I am sure next year i will choose something more challenging.

Paul Hravey

Paul Harvey is one of the best radio hosts ever. He has hosted thousands of radio broadcasts over his long life.  He brought in 22 million people a week to watch him every day one ABC news. I have seen im doezens of times on TV. And I am sad to see that he has passed away. He was the best know radio host of all time. He has had many great years on this stantion. And im sure that he will always be know and will always be in the back of our hearts. R.I.P Paul Harvey, we will forever miss you.

I think this is a very big subject in sports. These guys are doing the wrong thing to look cool, or to become better. Everyone know if you do steroids or drugs it dosent make you cool, or real in any way. They are representing the US and should not be doing these things. The US is sopost to be freedom and couage..Not cheaters and fonnies. I hope these players get what they deserve becase this was not a right decision on there part. It only made them look dumb and lazy to take the time out and actally help yourself the right way.

On February 2nd, a first quarter Moon shone in planet Earth's early evening sky. As seen from a location on the US west coast near Mt. Hamilton, California, the International Space Station also arched above the horizon, crossing in front of the Moon's sunlit surface. The space station's transit lasted 0.49 seconds. This sharp exposure, a well-timed telescopic image, recorded the space station during the transit against the background of the Moon's smooth Mare Serenitatis (Sea of Serenity). The orbital outpost was traveling northwest to southeast (from 2 o'clock to 8 o'clock) at a range of 389 kilometers or about 230 miles. Of course, the Moon itself was 1,000 times farther away. In the remarkable photo, the glinting station also offers a hint of the bluish reflection of earthlight.

Nasa is a huge deal to me. It helps all of us know about the sapce and what there is to learn new about it. Also to me it talls what the future will be like. Nonone knows maybe one day we could be living there. Nasa has chose this picture becase it is so beautiful. It is the most famous planet, and barely anyone knows about it. SO i think it was a great picture that shows us the real moon. And what it is really like fomr space. It also if very beautiful. I learn to find more out about these planets and in the moon. Space is a huge thing to me and i hope to keep leanring more.

House Crisis

There has been many problems with the economy lately. One of the biggest was the house morgage. House morgage is way more than it was once long ago. Land is getting more important and needed now that a lot of buildings are getting built. This will also cause other house prices to go up also. Overall this is not a good thing. It is putting many people out of there houses and onto the streets. This will take its toll on us in the future, but i guess we will have to deal with it until it is fixed.

District 150

 I dont know what to think. IF district 150 closes what will happen?!?! There has been talk around that district is closing and joining eachother. For me I am questioning what will there sports teams be. I play football and I am wondering how that will work. There would be hundreds of people trying out for there sports. I also know many poepl that go to on of those schools, and many of them are leaving for other schools. So overall i dont know if this is a good dicison for them. There will be many more poeple and this means mroe trouble for them. I wish the best for them though.

The new presedent

This whole week has been all about politics on TV. To me this is a huge deal to me and many others. In my opinion Oboma will be a great president for America. He knows what will be good for the new U.S. and how to change it. He also knows that the young people will make the new US and help it grow. Overall i think him and his family are great role models for the US. They show great encouagement and strength to us. In my opinion i am glad that we chose Obama to be our new president.
